Yes, for up to five days. Email us the piece reference and we will hold it while you measure your wall.
Most makers take one or two a year. Tell us the wall, the light and the budget and we will tell you honestly who has time.
Everything ships in plain protective packing. Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card at no charge.
Flat work is wrapped in glassine, corner-protected and boxed between two sheets of board. Ceramics are foam-wrapped and crated to size. Framed pieces travel with the glass taped.
Pieces leave the studio within three working days. Standard delivery is five to seven days after that; express is two to three. The courier calls before delivering.
Yes, to more than sixty countries, fully insured. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes. Delivery outside Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually adds two to three working days.
Yes, by appointment. Email us once the order is placed and we will arrange a time.
Live with it for fourteen days. If it does not work, email us and we will send a return label and refund in full once it is back and unmarked.
Photograph the crate before unpacking any further and email us the same day. Everything is insured for its full sale price in transit.

Out of direct sunlight and away from radiators. Centre the work at eye level, roughly 145 cm from the floor to the middle of the piece.
Everything glazed is dishwasher safe unless the product page says otherwise. Unglazed surfaces should be wiped with a damp cloth only.
Not in normal light. Keep work out of direct sun and away from radiators and it will hold for decades.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and mobile wallet transfer. Bank and wallet orders ship once the payment clears.
Not at the moment. For higher-value pieces we can hold work for up to five days while you arrange a transfer.
